Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 4-cup baking dish or pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine the ricotta cheese and 1/2 cup sour cream in a large bowl. Stir in wing sauce, dressing, celery, green onions, and chicken. Spoon into a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the mixture is starting to bubble around the edges.
Cool for 5 minutes and then top with the remaining sour cream. Serve with your favorite dippers.
