  • 4 slices hearty whole wheat bread
  • 5 tablespoons cashew butter
  • 1 banana, sliced thinly
  • 1/3 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 4 fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/3 cup fresh blueberries

Directions

  1. Cut bread in quarters. Heat the oven to 375 degrees. Place the bread quarters on a cookie sheet.
  2. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until toasted, turning once.
  3. Spread each with 1 teaspoon of cashew butter. Top each with 2 banana slices and a rounded teaspoon of cottage cheese. Top with a strawberry slice and 1 or 2 blueberries.
  4. Serve immediately.
