  • 4 slices hearty whole wheat bread
  • 5 tablespoons cashew butter
  • 1 banana, sliced thinly
  • 1/3 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 4 fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/3 cup fresh blueberries


Cut bread in quarters. Heat the oven to 375 degrees. Place the bread quarters on a cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until toasted, turning once. Spread each with 1 teaspoon of cashew butter. Top each with 2 banana slices and a rounded teaspoon of cottage cheese. Top with a strawberry slice and 1 or 2 blueberries. Serve immediately.

the 1-5 summer day noon every nights and a summer forever strawberries blueberries just a banana maybe honey if wanna to try. there could be lot of better days eating more fruit ,more never just to much

I received the Daisy sour cream squeeze pack from Influenster as a free product to test out and review. I have used other brands of cream cheese in the pst but none compare to the flavor and deliciousness that Daisy has. I tried to recreate this snack recipie and it is easy and delicious to make, all you need is a slice of toast and some fruits and of course Daisy's cream cheese!

I substituted sunbutter due to an allergy. I also added raspberries. I also just used my toaster. There are many variations that can be done. This was so light and fresh tasting. It also kept me nicely satisfied until lunchtime. This is definitely one of my new favorite breakfast recipes. I am very excited to try more of the recipes you have provided.
