I used the recipe more as an inspiration. I did use the sour cream sauce with the ranch, lime juice, and pepper which turned out great. I think the recipe calls go too much ranch. I added extra sour cream and didn't put as much on the sandwich but I loved the flavor. I was even dipping fries into it! I got the sour cream free to review from influencer. I love how convenient the squeeze pouch is.
I thought these wraps are okay. The sauce is a bit too much. 1/4 cup per wrap is way too much for my taste, especially with the ranch dip in it that is very strong. Also I think it needs bigger wraps. 6 in is too small to fit everything on this recipe. If I make this again, I will put less ranch dip in the sour cream and also use a lot less amount…at least cut it in half…it would save a lot in calories too. I do love bacon with tomato and avocado.
