  • 2 lemons
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cups Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/2 tablespoon diced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

  • Cooking Tip:

    Avocado vs. Air: Rub 1 tablespoon of olive oil onto exposed flesh of avocado to keep it from turning brown once exposed to air.

Directions

  1. Remove the seeds from the Jalapenos. Remove the pit from the avocado. Juice the lemons. Dice the tomatoes, onion, jalapenos, and avocados.
  2. Mix the cottage cheese, salsa, garlic, lemon juice, lemon pepper, and garlic salt together in a large bowl.
  3. Fold in diced vegetables and stir to incorporate.
  4. Chill if desired. Serve with chips.
