  1. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. In large bowl, combine sour cream, Hoisin sauce, salt, and chili paste; mix well.
  2. Add chicken, celery and onion; mix well.
  3. Lay the lettuce leaves on a serving platter.
  4. Top each with about 1/4 cup chicken salad.
  5. Top with heaping tablespoon cottage cheese.
  6. Sprinkle with peanuts. Fold up lettuce cups to eat.
