1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream
3 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon chili paste
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced red onion
3/4 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
4 teaspoons chopped salted peanuts

1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream
3 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon chili paste
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced red onion
3/4 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
4 teaspoons chopped salted peanuts
Directions
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
In large bowl, combine sour cream, Hoisin sauce, salt, and chili paste; mix well. Add chicken, celery, and onion; mix well.
Lay the lettuce leaves on a serving platter. Top each with about 1/4 cup chicken salad. Top with heaping tablespoon cottage cheese.
Sprinkle with peanuts. Fold up lettuce cups to eat.
