Ingredients

  • 1 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup apple sauce
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup cracked ice
  • 1 medium banana, cut in chunks
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions

Place all of the ingredients in a blender container and cover. Blend on High for 30 to 45 seconds or until smooth.
