Ingredients

  • 1 cup Daisy Sour Cream
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 medium cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 6 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 small purple onion, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Mix the sour cream, dill, oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  2. In a larger bowl combine the cucumbers, radishes, and onion.
  3. Fold the sour cream mixture into the cucumber mixture. Refrigerate until serving.
