Ingredients
1 medium seedless cucumber, unpeeled, sliced 1/4-inch thick 1 1/2 cups cantaloupe balls 1 1/2 cups cubed watermelon 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint 2 tablespoons honey 1 1/2 teaspoons cider vinegar 1 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese 1 tablespoon sliced toasted almonds

Directions
Using a cookie cutter, cut the cucumber into flower shapes. Combine the cucumber, cantaloupe, watermelon, and mint in a large serving bowl. Stir the honey and vinegar in a small cup and drizzle over cucumber-melon mixture. Top with the cottage cheese and almonds.
