Ingredients
- 3 avocados
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 Jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 2 mangoes, peeled, seeded, and diced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup Daisy Sour Cream

Directions
- Peel and dice the avocado, mashing about half.
- In a large bowl, combine the avocados, red onion, pepper, cilantro and lime juice. Stir in the tomato, mangoes, and salt and mix well.
- Transfer to a serving bowl. Gently fold in the sour cream and serve. Keep left-overs refrigerated.
