Ingredients
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
- 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons raw pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 ice cubes

Directions
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender container. Blend for 30 seconds or until well mixed, scraping the container as needed.
- Pour into 4 glasses. Garnish with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, if desired.
