Ingredients

  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons raw pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 ice cubes

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons raw pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender container. Blend for 30 seconds or until well mixed, scraping the container as needed.
  2. Pour into 4 glasses. Garnish with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, if desired.
