Cook the ravioli according to the package directions and drain.
Meanwhile, whisk the Alfredo sauce, cottage cheese and pumpkin in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a gentle boil. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and sage. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes or until hot. (If desired, carefully blend the sauce with a hand blender or blender until smooth.)
Spoon the sauce over the ravioli. Garnish as desired and serve.
