Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1.25 ounce package taco seasoning
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 12 crisp taco shells
  • 1 1/2 cups finely shredded lettuce
  • 1 large tomato
  • 3/4 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups Daisy Sour Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1.25 ounce package taco seasoning
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 12 crisp taco shells
  • 1 1/2 cups finely shredded lettuce
  • 1 large tomato
  • 3/4 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups Daisy Sour Cream

Directions

  1. In a 10-inch skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring to break up meat. Drain if necessary.
  2. Stir in the bell pepper, taco seasoning mix, and water. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until the mixture thickens and the water is evaporated, stirring occasionally.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the taco shells as directed on package.
  4. Spoon 2 slightly rounded tablespoons of the beef mixture in each taco shell. Top with lettuce, tomato, and cheese. Garnish each taco with the sour cream.
