Heat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Cook the manicotti shells according to the package directions and drain.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook and stir the seasoned turkey, onion and garlic over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink and the onion is tender; remove from heat.
Stir in the spinach, cottage cheese and 1 cup of the Italian cheese. Spoon the meat mixture into the cooked manicotti shells. Stir together the Alfredo sauce and the tomato-basil pasta sauce. Spread 1/3 of sauce mixture in the bottom of the 13x9-inch baking dish.
Arrange the stuffed manicotti in a single layer in the dish. Pour the remaining sauce evenly over the top. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake uncovered for 5 to 10 minutes longer or until heated through.
