Ingredients
- 5 ounces frozen spinach
- 5 large eggs
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- 1/2 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 prepared pie crust

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Defrost the spinach and squeeze out excess liquid.
- Combine the eggs, spinach, milk, cottage cheese, onion, shredded cheese, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl and stir until well blended.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust. Bake for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
