Cook the ground beef in a 3-quart nonstick saucepan or Dutch oven over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently; drain.
Stir in the black beans, tomatoes, corn, onion and pepper mix, and chicken broth. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated and the vegetables are tender.
Top each serving with a dollop of sour cream, shredded cheese, diced green onions and chopped tomatoes.
