Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 pound hot bulk pork sausage
  • 1 package dry taco seasoning
  • 1 pound processed cheese spread, cubed
  • 1 can tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup Daisy Sour Cream
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 pound hot bulk pork sausage
  • 1 package dry taco seasoning
  • 1 pound processed cheese spread, cubed
  • 1 can tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup Daisy Sour Cream
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce

Directions

  1. Brown the meat in a small skillet and drain. Add the taco seasoning and set aside.
  2. Melt the processed cheese spread cubes and un-drained tomatoes with green chilies in crock-pot or in a large microwave safe bowl.
  3. Add the browned meat and sour cream to cheese mixture, stirring to incorporate.
  4. Add hot sauce to taste and serve with corn or tortilla chips.
