Ingredients

  • 8 ounces dry fettuccini
  • 1/2 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions for the shortest time noted.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Heat sauce over medium-low heat for 4-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Add drained pasta to sauce. Remove from heat and let pasta stand for 2 minutes before serving.
