1/4 cup mini pepperoni or cooked, crumbled sausage
1 Tablespoon diced bell pepper
1 Tablespoon diced onion
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Add the cottage cheese to the bowl of a food processor and blend until smoothy.
Add the blended cottage cheese to a bowl and then stir in mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
Spread the mixture into the bottom of an oven proof dish or small skillet.
