Serves: 4 (4 tablespoons per serving)


  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon yellow curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red wine vinegar


Place the celery and green onion into the bowl of a food processor fitted with a blade. Pulse until the celery and onion are finely minced (about 4-5 pulses). Add the cottage cheese, kosher salt, dry mustard, yellow curry powder and red wine vinegar. Process the mixture until smooth (about 30 seconds). Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Serve with whole wheat pita crisps or fresh vegetables.
