Ingredients

  • 1/2 package (22 to 24 ounce) frozen waffle cut fries
  • 1/2 cup jarred cheese sauce, heated as directed
  • 2 tablespoons cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped tomato
  • 2 tablespoons sliced jalapeno peppers
  • 2 tablespoons chopped red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 450 degrees. Place the waffle fries in a single layer on a baking pan. Bake for 18 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer the fries to a serving platter. Spoon the cheese sauce over the fries.
  2. Top with the bacon, tomato, jalapeno, bell pepper, and onion. Dollop the sour cream over the nachos. Serve immediately.
