Ingredients

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons agave nectar (or honey)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder (optional)
  • 6 ice cubes

Directions

In a blender container, combine all of the ingredients. Cover and blend on High speed for 30 to 45 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.
