Ingredients

  • 1 heaping cup dry whole grain penne pasta
  • 1 cup frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese

  • 4 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta and broccoli according to the package directions.
  2. Toss the cottage cheese with the hot pasta, hot broccoli, black pepper and 4 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.
  3. Divide the pasta into two oven-safe bowls and sprinkle each with 1/2 teaspoon of Parmesan cheese.
  4. Lightly broil for approximately two minutes or until lightly browned and serve.
