Prep Time: 15 Minutes

Time to Table: 30 Minutes

Serves: 4

  • 1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 6-inch flour tortillas
  • 8 thick slices roasted turkey
  • 1 pear, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Heat the oven to 425 degrees. Combine the sour cream, green onions, cilantro, and 1/2 of the jalapeno minced in a small bowl. Brush 1 side of the four tortillas with oil and place oil-side down on a large rimmed baking sheet. Top with the turkey, pear, ½ of the jalapeno sliced, cranberry sauce and cheese. Spread 1 tablespoon sauce on 1 side of the remaining four tortillas. Place the sauce-side down over the cheese. Press gently and brush the top of the tortillas with the remaining oil. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are light brown. Cut into quarters and serve with remaining sauce.
