Combine honey and vinegar in a small cup. Pulse the cottage cheese, 1/4 cup whipping cream and sugar in a food processor until partially smooth. Lightly butter both sides of the cake slices. Heat the grill. Grill the cake slices, peaches and strawberries over medium to low heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until the fruit and cake are warm and grill marks form, turning once. Top the grilled cake with the cottage cheese mixture, peaches and/or strawberries. Drizzle with the sauce and serve.
