Super Easy Lemon Mousse

  • 1 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup lemon curd
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries


Combine the cottage cheese and sugar in a food processor. Pulse until almost smooth. Add the whipping cream and process until soft peaks form. Add the lemon curd and pulse to combine. Spoon into serving dishes. Garnish with fresh blueberries.
