Creamy Raspberry Fruit Dip

  • 1 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract


Pulse the cottage cheese and sugar in a food processor until almost smooth. Add the raspberries, lemon peel and vanilla; pulse to mix. Serve with fresh fruit for dipping.
