Avocado Chicken Lettuce Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onion
  • 1 cup shredded grilled chicken
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup grape tomatoes, quartered
  • 4 lime wedges

Directions

Combine the cottage cheese, cilantro and green onions in a small bowl. Arrange the chicken on top of the lettuce leaves and top with the cottage cheese mixture, avocado and tomatoes. Serve with the lime wedges.
