  • 1 cup Daisy Light Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup prepared basil pesto
  • 4 10-inch assorted flavored tortillas
  • 8 slices deli turkey
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon
  • 1/2 cup matchstick-cut carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach, stems removed


Combine the sour cream and pesto in a medium bowl. Arrange the tortillas on a surface. Spread the sour cream mixture to within 1/4-inch of the edges. Layer with the turkey, cheese, bacon, carrots, cucumbers, red peppers, avocado and spinach. Roll up the tortillas. Wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. Cut into 1-inch slices and serve.
