Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sliced purple onion
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • 1 cup small tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 4 tablespoons Italian vinaigrette
  • 2 tablespoons sliced fresh basil

Directions

Layer the vegetables as desired on a large plate or on two smaller plates. Top with the cottage cheese, a drizzle of vinaigrette and fresh basil. Serve immediately.
