Pepper Egg Breakfast Bowl

  • 2 small eggs
  • 1/2 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1/3 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley


Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray. Scramble the eggs. Layer the scrambled eggs, cottage cheese, and diced bell peppers in a bowl. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
