  • 8 sliced baguette slices, toasted
  • 1 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 8 small slices cantaloupe
  • 8 small slices prosciutto
  • 1/4 cup arugula
  • 8 teaspoons pomegranate seeds

Directions

Layer the toast with the cottage cheese, cantaloupe, prosciutto, and arugula. Sprinkle with the pomegranate seeds and serve.
