
Banana Blueberry Sundae

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sliced blanched almonds
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
Directions
Place the almonds in a small nonstick skillet. Toast over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown, stirring and shaking occasionally. Meanwhile, arrange the banana slices on 2 salad plates. Sprinkle the blueberries and almonds among banana slices. Top each with scoop of cottage cheese.
