Sour Cream Berry Parfaits

Serves: 4 (3/4 cup per serving)


  • 1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup marshmallow créme
  • 1/2 cup cubed brownies
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blackberries


In medium bowl, beat the sour cream, cream cheese and vanilla with a whisk until creamy. Stir in the marshmallow crème. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the sour cream mixture into each of 4 (6 ounce) dessert glasses. Top with a layer of brownie cubes and berries. Evenly divide remaining the sour cream mixture among the glasses. Divide remaining berries among the glasses.
