Pina Colada Fruit Dip

Serves: 7 (4 tablespoons per serving)


  • 1 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 8 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon rum extract


In the bowl of a food processor, process the cottage cheese, pineapple, coconut and extracts until blended. Transfer to a bowl. Serve with fruit and cookies for dipping. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours; stir before serving.
