S'Mores Sundae

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1/3 cup marshmallow créme
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 2 tablespoons hot fudge ice cream topping, warmed

Directions

Cream the cottage cheese and marshmallow cream together in a blender. In 2 small dessert dishes, sprinkle half the graham cracker crumbs. Top each with half of the cottage cheese mixture and hot fudge. Sprinkle with the remaining graham crackers.
