Bacon Corn Dip

Serves: 6 (4 tablespoons per serving)


  • 3/4 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 11 ounce can corn with red and green peppers, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 4 slices crisply cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper


In the bowl of a food processor, pulse the cottage cheese until smooth. Stir in all of the remaining ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips or thick sliced vegetables.
