Lasagna Dip

Serves: 10 (4 tablespoons per serving)


  • 1/2 pound ground turkey Italian sausage
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend


Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9-inch quiche dish or pie plate with cooking spray. In a 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook the turkey sausage over medium-high heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring to break up the meat. Drain. Stir in the marinara sauce and cook until thoroughly heated. Remove from the heat. Stir in the cottage cheese. Pour into a shallow dish. Top with the shredded cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with chips or crackers
