Fresh Tropical Fruit Kabobs with Mint Dip

  • 1 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh chopped mint
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 strawberries
  • 4 cubes fresh mango
  • 4 cubes fresh papaya
  • 4 cubes fresh starfruit
  • 1/2 kiwi, cubed
  • 1/4 medium banana, cubed


Mix the cottage cheese with the mint and vanilla in a food processor or blender. Cover the dip and refrigerate to blend flavors. Assemble the kabobs by skewering the fruit on bamboo skewers. Serve each kabob with 1/2 of the mint cottage cheese dip mixture. *Tip: for extra minty flavor, try adding fresh mint leaves to the skewers. **Options - try other fresh seasonal fruits.
