Chicken Tostada Bites

Serves: 4 (4 per serving)


  • 1/2 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled, seeded and cubed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 4 drops hot pepper sauce (or to taste)
  • 16 round whole grain tortilla chips
  • 4 ounces roasted chicken breast, finely shredded
  • 3/4 cup fresh salsa


In a food processor, combine the cottage cheese, avocado, lime juice, garlic and hot pepper sauce. Pulse until just combined; the mixture will remain slightly chunky. Spread about 1 tablespoon of the mixture on each tortilla chip. Top with chicken and salsa, dividing evenly. Serve immediately.
