Creamy Guacamole Bruschetta

Serves: 15 (2 per serving)


  • 30 French baguette slices, 1/4-inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 avocados, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 3/4 cup Daisy Sour Cream
  • 1 large Roma tomato, diced
  • 1 tablespoon sliced fresh basil


Heat the oven to 375 degrees. Place the baguette slices on a large cookie sheet; brush the tops with the oil. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Cool. Meanwhile, combine the avocados, lime juice and garlic in a medium bowl. Mix thoroughly, mashing the avocado. Fold in the sour cream. Spoon the avocado mixture onto the baguette slices. Top with diced tomato and sliced fresh basil.
