Strawberry & Cream Pops

Serves: 8 (1/2 cup per serving)


  • 1 1/2 cups Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 cup white grape juice
  • 10 ounce package frozen unsweetened whole strawberries, partially thawed
  • 2 tablespoons honey


Blend the cottage cheese, juice, strawberries and honey in a blender or food processor, scraping the bowl occasionally, until blended. Scoop about 1/2 cup of the cottage cheese mixture into 8 molds. Tap the molds gently on the counter to eliminate air pockets. Freeze the molds for at least 2 hours or until frozen.
