Peach Blueberry Bowl

Serves: 4 (1 cup per serving)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low fat granola, without nuts or raisins
  • 2 cups peeled and chopped fresh peaches
  • 2 cups Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Directions

Spoon 1/4 cup granola into each parfait glass and top with 1/2 cup peaches. Add 1/2 cup cottage cheese to each parfait and top each with 2 tablespoons of blueberries.
