Delectable Deviled Eggs

  • 6 large eggs, hard cooked
  • 1/4 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Daisy Sour Cream
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper


Cut the eggs in half lengthwise, being careful to remove the yolks without breaking the white part. Place the white parts cut side up on a serving platter. Place the yolks in a food processor bowl or a small bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and process in the food processor or mash with fork until smooth. Spoon or pipe a heaping tablespoon of the yolk mixture into each white center. Chill before serving, if desired.
