Asian Chicken Salad Lettuce Cups

Serves: 4 (3/4 cup per serving)


  • 8 medium bib lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream
  • 3 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili paste
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 3/4 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 4 teaspoons chopped salted peanuts


Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. In large bowl, combine sour cream, Hoisin sauce, salt, and chili paste; mix well. Add chicken, celery and onion; mix well. Lay the lettuce leaves on a serving platter. Top each with about 1/4 cup chicken salad. Top with heaping tablespoon cottage cheese. Sprinkle with peanuts. Fold up lettuce cups to eat.
