Lime Dessert

Serves: 12 (1/2 cup per serving)


  • 6 ounce box lime gelatin
  • 14 ounce can crushed pineapple
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 3 cups Daisy Cottage Cheese


Bring the gelatin and un-drained crushed pineapple to a boil in a saucepan. Cool completely. Fold the whipped cream. Blend cottage cheese in a blender until smooth. Fold into gelatin mixture. Spray a mold or pan with nonstick spray. Pour the gelatin mixture into the mold. Chill for at least two hours before serving.
