Pesto Cheese Dip

Serves: 10 (4 tablespoons per serving)


  • 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 cups Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil
  • 1 dash salt and pepper to taste


In a food processor or blender, combine the olive oil, nuts, and garlic. Blend until smooth. Add the cottage cheese and basil. Blend until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with fresh vegetables.
