Post Workout Smoothie Pops

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup water

Directions

In a blender, combine all of the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Divide into pop molds, insert sticks and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours before serving.
