Blue Cheese Wedge Salad

  • 1/2 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 3 tablespoons buttermilk
  • 4 large iceberg lettuce wedges
  • 3 strips cooked bacon, chopped
  • 2 radishes, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons sliced green onions


Combine the cottage cheese, blue cheese and buttermilk in a food processor. Pulse until smooth. Spoon over the lettuce wedges. Sprinkle with the bacon, radishes and green onions. Sprinkle with additional blue cheese if desired.
